Since we are conquering new markets, we are looking for a B2B sales representative to help us achieve ambitious goals.
In this position, you will:
Search for new clients in the B2B sector and build long-lasting business relationships;
Manage your schedule when it comes to searching and calling leads, scheduling meetings, and making sales presentations to prospects online or in person;
Achieve goals associated with revenue and profit targets;
Contribute to market research, including identifying market potential and finding opportunities for growth;
Prepare commercial offers and ensure contracts to achieve assigned sales goals;
Represent the company in public and commercial events, forums, conferences.

Preferred qualifications and competencies:
Experience in selling SaaS product is an advantage;
2 years experience in SDR position;
Fluent Lithuanian and advanced level in both written and spoken English. Spanish language will be considered an advantage;
Dedicated to working hard and taking on responsibilities;
Analytical thinking, decision-making, change orientation skills;
An organized and results-oriented approach, goal-driven personality;
Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills;
A team player who strongly believes in achieving great things and being strong in unity;
Know how to have fun and see any failure as an opportunity to learn.

Gross monthly salary range starts at 2500 eur
