More than 1.5 million unique users visit our websites per month, and it is up to the customer service professional to provide the best initial customer experience.

The company offers an engaging and constantly challenging position within our Customer Support team. We need another customer problem solver who truly cares about the customer experience with carVertical products.

Experience in a similar role is not necessary or even impossible - there is no one else in the world. We'll teach you the ins and outs ourselves.

• You like to interact and help people, even if it's the first and last time you'll ever meet them;

• Quickly navigate problems or pass on a solution to the responsible department;

• Fluent in both Lithuanian and English, knowledge of Polish or any other additional language is an advantage;

• You can easily get the point across in other languages, even if you don't speak them;

Gross salary 1160 - 1540 EUR.

We are open to negotiation - the final offer will depend on your competencies.
