  • Act as the point of contact for regulatory authorities, data subjects, and internal stakeholders on privacy matters.

  • Develop, implement, and monitor privacy policies, procedures, and data protection impact assessments (DPIAs).

  • Conduct privacy risk assessments and ensure appropriate mitigation strategies.

  • Provide expert guidance to product and engineering teams to integrate privacy-by-design principles into technology solutions.

  • Lead data breach response efforts, including investigation, regulatory reporting, and risk mitigation.

  • Design and deliver internal training programs to raise awareness of data protection obligations.

  • Stay up to date with evolving privacy regulations, industry standards, and best practices, advising leadership on compliance risks and opportunities.

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in data protection and privacy compliance, preferably in a tech-driven or SaaS environment.

  • Strong knowledge of GDPR, ePrivacy Directive, and other relevant global privacy regulations.

  • Experience working in a data-intensive environment, particularly with data, or digital platforms, is a plus.

  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement data protection frameworks in a fast-paced, evolving business.

  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to navigate cross-functional teams.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess risks and propose pragmatic solutions.

  • Certifications such as CIPP/E, CIPM, or equivalent are preferred.

  • Fluency in English; additional language skills are an advantage.

What we offer:

  • A team of supportive professionals;

  • Opportunity to lead and shape privacy strategies in a rapidly evolving industry;

  • A dynamic work culture and the possibility to work remotely (we have spacious offices in Vilnius and Kaunas);

  • Career development programs - we fund various professional trainings and courses;

  • Additional paid vacations;

  • Health insurance;

  • Team building events;

  • Company values that you can truly be proud of.

Gross salary range starts at 5000 EUR/month.

We are open to negotiation - the final offer will depend on your competences.
