Every month, our websites receive over 1.5 million unique visitors, and it's the customer satisfaction specialist’s job to provide each of them with the very best initial customer experience. We’re in vital need of one more problem-solver who truly cares about user experiences with carVertical products.

Preferred qualifications and competencies:

• Enjoy interacting with and assisting people, even if it’s your first and last encounter with them by email;

• Quickly assess situations to resolve problems or hand them off to the responsible department;

• Fluent in both spoken and written Lithuanian and English. Knowledge of any other language is a an advantage;

• You can grasp the essence in other languages even if you don't speak them fluently;

• You are eager to continuously grow and evolve alongside the world.

Gross monthly salary range starts at 1500 eur.
