Maintain office efficiency by maintaining appearance of common areas, overseeing supplies and equipment;
Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and landlord, ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time;
Provide direct administrative supports as needed, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and events, booking travel, maintaining filing system for agreements and internal documents, mailing and shipping packages, updating contact database and employee list;
Assist the HR function of the organization by keeping employee records up to date, arranging recruitment process, organizing orientation and training of new staff members, managing compensation package etc.;
Participate actively in the planning and execution of company events;
Ensure security, integrity, and confidentiality of data.
1750-2450 €/mon. gross
